At Shaftesbury Trailers, situated in the South West of the UK near the Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire borders, we pride ourselves on our ability to produce new and innovative trailers to suit the needs of our clients.

 

Our bespoke trailers range from the very simple to the very complex. We use a wide range of body building materials and components, including a variety of composites along with steel, aluminium and stainless steel to ensure your project meets all your requirements. We are experienced with the use of wireless remote control electric/hydraulic control systems, having used them many times on trailers and other machines, giving the operator push button control of heavy components or operations. We are also able to fit solar panels, which are now a popular way  to keep batteries charged, whether they be used to power lights, electric pumps or motors. 

 

It is quite normal for our customers to have very little idea about the design of their trailer, knowing only what they want it to acheive.        If this is the case for you, we will work through the concept with you to produce a bespoke trailer that will match your requirements in regard to function, aesthetics and price.

 

Our trailers have been used in many areas, from equestrian to motor racing, corporate promotions to overland expeditions, hazardous waste to catering, military to leisure, onroad and offroad. Each bespoke trailer is designed and built to match the environment and the personnel within that area.
